Steve chairs two Colorado CEO Groups with a goal of 100 C12 Member companies to transform the spiritual culture of the Front Range (reaching 81% of Colorado's population). He has a special appreciation and passion for the parallel dynamics of operating profitable companies while advancing the Kingdom of God through the marketplace. Steve has been a small group leader and trainer for over twenty years and serves his member companies with the immovable conviction that they have been called by God to advance the reign of God in and through the marketplace. His background includes co-founding a consulting architectural engineering firm, pastoring in Chicago's inner city, management consulting with entrepreneurs and start-ups, and serving as a professional Christian counselor.

Steve did his undergraduate work in Theology, his master's in Community and Family Counseling and additional graduate coursework in business and theology. He and his wife Christy work hard to keep up with three very active children; Kate (4), Jonathan (2), and Noah (1). Steve's favorite activities include wrestling with his young children, reading, and motorcycling in the Rockies.
