Steve is the Managing Chairman for our Business Owner/CEO Roundtable Groups in Colorado. His professional experience includes co-founding a consulting architectural/engineering firm, management consulting (advising start-ups and developing business plans), serving as a pastor in Chicago’s inner city and working with couples and families as a professional Christian counselor. He has over twenty-five years experience in group facilitation.

Steve is passionate about coming alongside business leaders to improve profitability and develop ministry efforts in and through their companies to advance the Kingdom of God.  His formal education includes a degree in Biblical Studies and a Master’s in Community & Family Counseling. Steve and his wife, Christy, work hard to keep up with their three very active children: Kate (6), Jonathan (4), and Noah (2). Steve’s favorite activities include wrestling with the kids, family activities, reading, and motorcycling in the Rockies.
